4" Triad Wet & Dry 3 Step Polishing Pads
The 4" Triad polishing pads are a three step polishing system that may used in both wet and dry environments. These pads may also be used on virtually material. Furthermore they are made using a design that makes them effective at reducing heat. Use this 3 step polishing pad system on virtually any surface material including:
- Granite
- Marble
- Quartzite
- Limestone
- Sandstone
- Onyx
- Slate
- Travertine
- Concrete
- Soapstone
- Quartz
- Engineered Stone
Although you may use the Triad 3 step system on all materials, there is one difference between using them natural stone and engineered stone or quartz surfaces.
Every element of these 3 step polishing pads have been revolutionized. The diamond triangular pattern is not just a good looking design. This specific triangular design allows the maximum amount of diamond to be ceramic crystal coated. This offers the most utilized concentrated diamond possible.
Also, this triangular design deflects and releases the maximum amount of heat, keeping the ceramic bond 20-30% cooler than other dry diamond polishing pad designs.
The special backing that the diamonds are attached to is made to be extremely durable. It does not release the diamonds and it offers amazing flexibility for bullnose, round over, ogee edges, etc, and awesome on inside bowls as well.
The grit for each step is a sophisticated diamond matrix bond that cleanly and smoothly transitions through all 3 steps. The unique diamond bond on the Triad 3 step pads achieves the exact same high gloss polish as premium 7 step dry pads when used on granite, marble, and quartzite.
Wet Polishing - All Stone Types
As mentioned above, Triad 3 step pads are compatible with both wet polishing and dry polishing. When using the Triad 3 step polishing pads in a wet environment, these pads are usable on just about any material. In fact, Triad pads may be use wet on any of the materials listed above.
Dry Polishing - Natural Stone
Triad 3 Step polishing pads are also very effective when used in dry polishing environments as well. However, when being used dry, these pads should not be used on quartz or engineered stone surfaces.
